Connect to the Grid with Smart Home Charging
The EVSE-RS+ Smart Charging Station charges all SAE J1772- compliant vehicles – including both electric vehicle (EV) and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models – in the convenience of the home garage, workplace, condominium, apartment, or retail parking structure. The Smart Charging Station delivers AC power to the vehicle’s on-board charger, safely and reliably – and features a rain tight enclosure for indoor or outdoor mounting.
The Smart Charging Station is designed to communicate with a wide area network grid and turn consumers’ homes into grid-connected smart charging hubs – charging when energy consumption is low, and delaying the charge when energy demand is high. The Smart Charging Station is designed to charge automatically, or be pre- programmed by the utility or consumer for more optimal power draw. Smart Charging Stations may be installed by one of our independent certified licensed electricians who also secure permits, facilitate inspection, and perform on-site consumer orientation and training.
