Your customers utilize our driver-facing Web portal when they’re ready to schedule a home site assessment. Customers can use our on-line scheduler and get an appointment confirmation directly from a member of our Certified Installer Network.
After the home site assessment is completed, the system generates a quote for the installation. The online quote can then be accepted and processed and the customer can now schedule an installation appointment.
Throughout the entire consumer experience, we upload and update critical customer data. Service information is also logged so that each customer’s profile and history is tracked.
