2023 Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for 2023 was November 7 - November 20, 2022.
Open Enrollment is an annual opportunity to make benefits choices for the upcoming plan year. During Open Enrollment, eligible employees can change plan options and add or remove dependents from coverage. Plean changes are not allowed after open enrollment or during the plan year, unless an employee experiences a qualified life event as defined by the IRS. AeroVironment's benefits plan year runs from January 1 - December 31. All changes made during Open Enrollment take effect on January 1 of the following plan year.
